Good at Spending Money
Today, while talking to my friend, Kacey and I realized that the place we are moving into in Idaho only has a washer/dryer hookup... we originally thought it had a washer/dryer in it. This sent us into a wee bit of a panic.
We've looked at appliances before and pretty much knew what we wanted. (I don't really know why Kacey even cares.... it's not like he does any of the laundry ;-)) Kacey did a little bit of research online before we decided to head out to the store. In the past Kacey has always been a Best Buy fan, but since last Christmas he has avoided that store like the plague! So, we went to Ultimate Electronics instead. Kacey was also dead-set on getting a Samsung washer/dryer because everything we have that is Samsung is really durable and we have never had problems with. But, Ultimate Electronics only had the steam washers and dryers that are over $1000 a piece.... WAY OUT OF BUDGET! Kacey ended up deciding on the GE's we found. (Why Kacey all of a sudden has such an interest in laundry???? I don't know?) Here is what we left with! I'm pretty excited after reading reviews about it!

Sure, I would have liked to have the cool red ones.... but not for another $200 per unit!!! That's just ridiculous. Something I REALLY wanted was the pedestals but they were $200 a piece too! Kacey said if I really want him to he will build me a stand with drawers in them to put the washer and dryer on like the pedestals. I bet we'll end up buying them eventually but not right now.
All in all, we're pretty happy with them... granted we haven't used them yet but be got them on sale and they have some good ratings. We'll see if we (by we I mean I) like them once we get to use them.
